YOGA & TRANFORMATION WORKSHOP DETAILS

LOCATION FOR WORKSHOPS: MY YOGA SPACE, THIRLMERE, NSW 

What you'll be learning & experiencing - 'the elements':

* Slow yoga for all levels, specifically designed to calm your nervous system and prepare you for gentle change, perfect for first timers!

* Meditation, breath work and visualisation exercises - no skills necessary (this is why you are here!)

* Safely feeling sensations within the body and working with your energy

* Journaling & completing workbook tasks

* Group sharing

Official start Friday 27th in person workshop: arrive 6:45pm for 7pm start (90 minutes)

60-minute slow yoga flow for all levels & get acquainted & opening ceremony

(online via FB group, email & audio meditations provided on Monday 30th July, with new workbooks each Monday)

Friday 3rd August in person workshop: arrive 6:45pm for 7pm start (90 minutes)

45-minute slow yoga flow for all levels + 'feel what you feel' exercise + group sharing

Sunday 12th August in person workshop: arrive 9:15am for 9:30am start (3 hours)

60-minute slow yoga flow for all levels +  'unlock hidden keys in your body' exercise + journaling

Sunday 19th August in person workshop: arrive 9:15am for 9:30am start (90 minutes)

60-minute slow yoga flow for all levels + 'discover hidden lady powers exercise' + group shares

Sunday 26th August in person workshop: arrive 9:15am for 9:30am start (3 hours)

60-minute slow yoga flow for all levels + 'blossoming' exercise + journaling + group shares

Friday 7th September  in person workshop: arrive 9:15am for 9:30am start (90 mins) 

60-minute slow yoga flow for all levels + 'integrate everything' exercise + map out your heroes journey + closing
